It's only reasonable as they increase the number of system as the playerbase grow. And to say that stuff should be fought over is a bit off imo, because it removes the exploration bit of the game.
Since EVE is a space sim, it should refelct the nature of space...it being huuuuuuuuuuuuge. Today theres people all over, and if we lets say had 15 new regions then we would possibly see empire corporations forming aliances and moving out to 0.0.
This would be a good thing as ythose corporations would experience 0.0 and the existing 0.0 alliances would get new targets.

It's not about willing. In 2003/2004 a corp of 50 people could move into 0.0 and start at the bottom of the learning curve. Today thats close to impossible as they would face a 1000 man blob whos been living there for ages. To say its about will is utter ignorant.
Jita will always be full as it is a TRADE HUB. Its a normal part of human behaviour.
5000 systems? Yeah roll your eyes idiot, jump into claimed space and in a short amount of time there will be a gank squad ready to have a go at you.
The point you fail at getting is that people should have the abilaty of moving to 0.0 and grow....climb the learning curve. Today this is impossible. The only way to move to 0.0 is to join an alliance and learn it that way.
So here : Right back at you fool.

Its not about space being profitable imo. and with more regions alliances would have issues claiming more space. With todays superalliances with thousands of members they can laim their regions. Point is, there should be more space than there is players to claim it.

Yeah right. If you judge the map by watching 'pilots in space' then you are ignorant. It doeasnt matter if space shows no pilots because so does fountain. try move to fountain and see how many bobbits that will come running.
